Background
Until late 2007, I worked as the personal assistant to an author. During that time, I found myself assisting other authors with conventions.
I am part of the Sanctuary Press Writing Workshop (SPWW). I organize the workshops along with the other moderators.
In 2007 SPWW began the Sanctuary Press Authors' Collective (SPAC). It was a shared venue for our independent press and small-press authors. SPAC worked so well that we instituted it at our next workshop...
